Description

A comforting Chicken & Rice Bowl topped with a creamy garlic sauce, tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and sweet carrots.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup broccoli, steamed
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • ½ cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked chicken breasts and sauté for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Stir in the steamed broccoli and sliced carrots, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  5. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the mixture and mix well.
