Description

A delicious chicken sandwich featuring tender chicken, fresh greens, and rich sauces, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 soft brioche or ciabatta buns
  • Fresh lettuce
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced
  • Dill pickles, to taste
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and any additional spices. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on one side until seared, then flip and check the internal temperature, aiming for 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Spread creamy sauce on both sides of the buns. Assemble the sandwich with the chicken, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and bacon.
  6. Press down gently, slice diagonally, and serve with fries or a fresh salad.

Notes

You can marinate chicken the night before for enhanced flavor. Feel free to customize toppings to your liking.
