- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 8 Thick-Cut Bacon Strips
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese on each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese.
- Wrap the chicken breasts tightly with bacon strips, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the wrapped chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
- Rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
