Description

Delicious chicken breasts wrapped in crispy bacon, filled with cream cheese and cheddar cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 8 Thick-Cut Bacon Strips
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread a layer of cream cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Wrap the chicken breasts tightly with bacon strips, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Place the wrapped chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  8. Rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
