- ⅔ cup butter (melted)
- 1⅓ cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup REESE’S PIECES
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 11 x 13 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract until blended.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture with a rubber spatula, mixing gently.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Add REESE’S PIECES on top and press gently into the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares and serving!
Notes
For easy cleanup, line the pan with parchment paper. Don’t overmix the batter for the best texture!
