- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeño, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat for one minute.
- On one half of each tortilla, layer the shredded chicken and drizzle the hot honey.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken layer.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream and diced jalapeño to create the spicy cream sauce.
- Slice the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot with the jalapeño cream sauce on the side.
