Description

Deliciously crispy bites filled with cheese, quinoa, and fresh broccoli, perfect for sharing or enjoying on your own.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked quinoa, chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, and egg in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture, shaping it into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring space between each bite.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
