Ingredients
- Focaccia Bread
- Burrata Cheese
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Glaze
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the focaccia bread in half horizontally.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides of the focaccia.
- Layer sliced tomatoes on the bottom half of the focaccia.
- Add the burrata cheese atop the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
- Place the top half of the focaccia on top and gently press down.
- Slice and serve the sandwich fresh.
