Description

A delightful sandwich combining soft focaccia, creamy burrata, fresh tomatoes, and aromatic basil.


Ingredients

  • Focaccia Bread
  • Burrata Cheese
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the focaccia bread in half horizontally.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides of the focaccia.
  3. Layer sliced tomatoes on the bottom half of the focaccia.
  4. Add the burrata cheese atop the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  8. Place the top half of the focaccia on top and gently press down.
  9. Slice and serve the sandwich fresh.

Notes

For a warm sandwich, toast it in a skillet or an air fryer.
