- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas (soft flour or corn)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- Oil for searing
Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into patties, slightly larger than your tortillas.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken patties in the skillet, pressing down to flatten them slightly.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook another 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the slaw by mixing ranch dressing with shredded cabbage in a separate bowl.
- Assemble the tacos by layering each tortilla with a chicken patty, ranch slaw, and a drizzle of Buffalo sauce.
