Description

Irresistible tacos featuring a juicy chicken patty topped with ranch slaw and spicy Buffalo sauce, perfectly wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas (soft flour or corn)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • Oil for searing

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties, slightly larger than your tortillas.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the chicken patties in the skillet, pressing down to flatten them slightly.
  5. Cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook another 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Prepare the slaw by mixing ranch dressing with shredded cabbage in a separate bowl.
  7. Assemble the tacos by layering each tortilla with a chicken patty, ranch slaw, and a drizzle of Buffalo sauce.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
