Description

Crispy golden-brown mozzarella sticks filled with shredded chicken and spicy Buffalo sauce, perfect for snack lovers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dipping Sauces (blue cheese or ranch)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Take one cheese stick and gently roll it in your hands until slightly elongated.
  3. Dip each cheese stick into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally roll it into the panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Carefully place a few sticks into the hot oil, frying for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Place cooked sticks on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  7. Serve with blue cheese or ranch for dipping.

Notes

Make-ahead by prepping the sticks in advance and refrigerating. You can also air fry them for a lighter alternative.
