Crispy golden-brown mozzarella sticks filled with shredded chicken and spicy Buffalo sauce, perfect for snack lovers.

- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Cooking Oil
- 1/2 cup Dipping Sauces (blue cheese or ranch)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Take one cheese stick and gently roll it in your hands until slightly elongated.
- Dip each cheese stick into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally roll it into the panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place a few sticks into the hot oil, frying for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place cooked sticks on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- Serve with blue cheese or ranch for dipping.
Notes
Make-ahead by prepping the sticks in advance and refrigerating. You can also air fry them for a lighter alternative.
