- 1 cup shredded buffalo chicken
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 2 slices sourdough or whole wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Heat your skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer shredded buffalo chicken, cheddar, cream cheese, and ranch on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Grill the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Slice in half and serve.
Notes
For a lighter alternative, use Neufchâtel cheese. Experiment with additional toppings like jalapeños or avocado.
