Description

A crispy, indulgent grilled cheese sandwich filled with spicy buffalo chicken, sharp cheddar, and creamy ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded buffalo chicken
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 2 slices sourdough or whole wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer shredded buffalo chicken, cheddar, cream cheese, and ranch on the unbuttered side of one slice.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. Grill the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes each side.
  6. Slice in half and serve.

Notes

For a lighter alternative, use Neufchâtel cheese. Experiment with additional toppings like jalapeños or avocado.
