Description
A simple yet delicious BLT sandwich featuring crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mayonnaise on toasted bread.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of thick-cut bacon
- 2 leaves of crisp romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 slices of white or whole-grain bread
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Toast your bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer lettuce, followed by tomato slices and crispy bacon on one slice.
- Cap it off with the other slice of bread, mayo side down.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For a unique twist, try flavored mayo or add slices of avocado.
