  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce (preferably low-sodium)
  • 12 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare udon noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced beef to the hot oil and cook until browned, about 2-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, freshly cracked black pepper, and a splash of water.
  6. Add the cooked udon noodles and the prepared sauce to the pan; toss gently to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
