- 1 1/4 cup (288g) granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 tsp cake batter flavoring
- 2 1/2 cups (380g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (107g) sprinkles
- 1/2 cup (100g) white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Cream the butter, margarine, and granulated sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the egg, corn syrup, and cake batter flavoring, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing slowly until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cookies are set, about 7-9 minutes for smaller cookies and 9-11 minutes for larger ones.
- Let the cookies cool on the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
