Description

Delightful Birthday Cookies filled with colorful sprinkles and creamy white chocolate chips, perfect for celebrations or any joyful occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (111g) salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (111g) margarine, softened
  • 1 1/4 cup (288g) granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp cake batter flavoring
  • 2 1/2 cups (380g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (107g) sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup (100g) white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Cream the butter, margarine, and granulated sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, corn syrup, and cake batter flavoring, mixing until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing slowly until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until the cookies are set, about 7-9 minutes for smaller cookies and 9-11 minutes for larger ones.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
