Description

A vibrant and comforting dish featuring seasoned rice, tender chicken, and colorful vegetables, all brought together with a creamy bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 3 tablespoons bang bang sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  3. Push the veggies to one side and add the scrambled eggs. Cook until set.
  4. Stir in the diced chicken, cooked rice, bang bang sauce, and soy sauce.
  5. Cook for another 3-5 minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Use day-old rice for the best texture. Customize with different proteins or add heat with red pepper flakes.
