Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce and other toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  2. Combine the chicken and sauce: Add the shredded chicken to another bowl and toss with half of the Bang Bang sauce until fully coated.
  3. Toast the buns (optional): Place slider buns on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes until golden.
  4. Assemble the sliders: On each toasted bun, add a generous portion of the Bang Bang chicken, then top with lettuce and any other desired toppings.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
