Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Combine the mashed bananas with melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly.
- Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon) in another bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture carefully.
- Gently incorporate the milk and add chocolate chips if using.
- Prepare a baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly in the pan.
- Drizzle melted butter on top before baking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
