- 1 package croissant dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- Mustard (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough to about 1/4-inch thick on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into triangles.
- Add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese at the wide end of each triangle, adding mustard if desired.
- Shape the croissants by rolling from the wide end towards the tip.
- Arrange the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
