Description

Deliciously flaky croissants filled with savory deli ham and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for brunch or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 package croissant dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • Mustard (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the croissant dough to about 1/4-inch thick on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into triangles.
  4. Add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese at the wide end of each triangle, adding mustard if desired.
  5. Shape the croissants by rolling from the wide end towards the tip.
  6. Arrange the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
