Description

A flavorful and healthy dish featuring baked salmon seasoned with Cajun spices and topped with a creamy avocado lime sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
