- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly before shredding.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Lay tortillas flat and fill each with the chicken mixture. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring a little space between them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve topped with chopped green onions and a dollop of sour cream.
Notes
You can prepare the filling in advance and freeze assembled taquitos for later. Bake directly from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the cook time.
