Description

A delightful dish featuring tender salmon fillets baked with creamy, garlic-infused Boursin cheese, enhancing their natural richness with a burst of citrus and herbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange salmon fillets skin-side down and spread the cheese mixture over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is just cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Notes

You can prepare the cheese mixture a day in advance. For crispy edges, use an air fryer or grill instead of baking.
