Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (5–6 ounces each)

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil. Stir until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange salmon fillets skin-side down and spread the cheese mixture over each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is just cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Notes
You can prepare the cheese mixture a day in advance. For crispy edges, use an air fryer or grill instead of baking.
