Description

Ingredients

  • Protein (chicken breast, shrimp, or firm tofu)
  • Bell peppers, chopped
  • Zucchini, chopped
  • Broccoli, chopped
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh or dried thyme
  • Fresh or dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Wash and chop vegetables into even sizes.
  2. Marinate the protein: Combine with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs in a bowl.
  3. Toss with vegetables: Add chopped veggies and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer marinated mixture to the air fryer basket, leaving space between items.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
