Description

Delicious banana muffins made effortlessly in the air fryer, featuring a fluffy texture and rich flavors from ripe bananas and butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gently until just combined.
  5. Line your air fryer basket with paper cupcake liners and pour the batter in, filling them about 2/3 full.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

Muffins can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or frozen for up to three months. For a traditional bake, use an oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
