- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Combine the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gently until just combined.
- Line your air fryer basket with paper cupcake liners and pour the batter in, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
