A moist and fluffy banana cake made effortlessly in an air fryer, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 150g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 80ml vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the mashed bananas, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients gradually into the banana mixture, folding gently with a spatula.
- Grease a cake pan suitable for the air fryer and pour in the batter, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F), then place the cake pan inside and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
Notes
Banana cake improves in flavor after a day. For more texture, feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips.
